About Richard

Richard is a former Chief People Officer at C-suite level on the Boards of several multinational corporations. He has extensive experience in supporting organisations through business restructuring, organisational design, and transformation over the past 30 years. His expertise lies in assisting organisations to map their processes, identify bottlenecks, and provide practical solutions to enhance commercial, financial, and operational effectiveness.

Having exited the corporate world, he now collaborates with organisations of all sizes assisting them in re-engineering their businesses to optimise efficiency, reduce costs, and improve profitability. A significant portion of his more recent work involves progressively introducing AI technology to his clients, particularly to support augmentation and process optimisation. As a result, teams to able to focus more fully on core, commercial, and operational activities.

He also uses his extensive experience in HR leadership to offer a range of training and coaching programmes for non-HR managers who are having to oversee day-to-day HR activities within their teams. He retains an up-to-date awareness of all matters relevant to and affecting HR matters which are incorporated into his programmes.

Outside of work, Richard is a family man with two grown-up children. He and his wife enjoy travelling and regularly holiday in the Caribbean. Hobbies-wise, Richard is an avid musician and plays classical piano.
