Online Open Programmes (CPD Accreditation Coming Soon)
Every team faces different challenges. For some, it’s a tough conversation that keeps getting avoided. For others, it’s miscommunication that leads to mistakes. Many managers feel overwhelmed by time pressures, while others worry about spotting and supporting mental health concerns in their teams.
That’s why we’ve designed four half-day, online open programmes. Each one focuses on a real workplace challenge, giving managers practical tools and the confidence to apply them straight away.

Handling Difficult Situations at Work
We’ve all been there…
A conversation you know you need to have, but you keep putting it off because you’re worried it will blow up.
A colleague or client whose behaviour pushes your buttons, leaving you frustrated and unsure how to respond.
A tense situation in a meeting that escalates, and you wish you’d known how to calm it down.
Feeling stuck between wanting to be fair and approachable, but also needing to stay professional and assertive.
Unresolved issues and conflict don’t just disappear — they drain energy, damage trust, and make working relationships harder than they need to be.
This half-day, online open programme gives managers the structure, confidence, and practical tools to tackle those conversations head-on, resolve issues positively, and build stronger professional relationships.
Programme Includes:
Recognising behavioural patterns and their impact
Preparing for a difficult conversation with the Assertiveness Model
Setting the right tone from the start
Handling uncooperative responses
Case study practice and discussion
What our clients say…
“The breakout discussions were eye-opening — hearing different approaches gave me new confidence to handle situations better.”
“A really enjoyable and worthwhile session. I walked away with practical tools I could use immediately in challenging conversations.”
Communications Skills
We’ve all experienced it…
You explain something clearly (or so you thought), but later realise your team didn’t understand it at all.
Meetings go in circles because people aren’t really listening to each other.
You want to influence or persuade, but your message just doesn’t land.
Poor communication wastes time, causes frustration, and damages trust.
This half-day, online open programme gives managers the tools to communicate with clarity, listen actively, and build stronger working relationships through effective communication.
Programme Includes:
Understanding the process and barriers of communication
Choosing the right method for the situation
Applying active listening to build rapport and trust
Using feedback to check understanding
What our clients say…
“An excellent, well-led course. I left feeling more confident in how I communicate and how others perceive me.”
“This course was a fantastic reminder of what makes communication clear and effective. It helped me reset and sharpen my skills.”
Maximising Time Effectiveness
Does the following sound familiar?
You finish the day exhausted but wonder what you’ve actually achieved.
Emails, calls, and “urgent” requests take over, leaving no time for the important work.
You’ve got deadlines looming but keep being pulled into firefighting.
You’d love to delegate more, but it feels quicker to just do it yourself.
Poor time management creates stress, missed opportunities, and burnout.
This half-day, online open programme helps managers take control, prioritise effectively, and leave each day knowing the right things got done.
Programme Includes:
Setting focus with SMART goals
Prioritising with the Eisenhower matrix
Daily planning using the Ivy Lee method
Delegating effectively to develop others
Tackling common workplace timewasters
What our clients say…
“The section on delegation techniques was a game changer. I can already see how to manage my workload and stress levels better.”
“A really useful and practical session. I learned new strategies I can apply every day to stay in control of my time.”
Mental Health Awareness in the Workplace
We see this too often…
A colleague seems “off” but you’re not sure if it’s stress, workload, or something deeper.
You want to support your team, but you don’t feel confident starting the conversation.
You notice changes in someone’s behaviour but don’t know what to say.
Mental health is talked about in the business, but stigma still makes people stay silent.
When managers don’t feel confident, signs get missed, and trust is lost.
This half-day, online open programme gives managers the awareness, language, and strategies to recognise early signs, reduce stigma, and build a supportive workplace culture.
Programme Includes:
Recognising common signs of mental health challenges
Breaking down stigma and promoting inclusivity
The role of managers in providing support
Creating open channels of communication
Building trust and resilience within teams
What our clients say…
“The trainer gave brilliant suggestions that directly related to my challenges — supportive, practical, and easy to apply.”
“A really valuable session. The discussions gave me confidence to handle sensitive situations more positively and openly.”
