Liz Gait
Learning Specialist
Liz is passionate about creating behavioural change which delivers a great return on investment! She regularly designs and delivers training across the UK, embracing many aspects of Leadership, Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Resilience, Change Management, Agile Thinking, Team Development and of course, Insights Discovery. Liz enjoys working closely with organisations to ensure their organisational needs are closely met through the learning interventions she designs. Her personal goal is to make all learning both challenging and enjoyable!
Naturally combining her lively, engaging style, with great attention to detail and a strong focus on clearly identified objectives, Liz is fully able to lead and/or assist in large scale development programmes and culture change programmes.
Liz is a CIPD Member and has worked in Learning and Development for over 20 years. With a Masters Degree in Business Administration and HR, she gained valuable experience and expertise through a range of HR roles, before specialising in Learning and Development. Working closely with different organisations across varied behavioural change projects, Liz has always sought to ensure her inputs deliver results.
As a fully accredited Licensed Practitioner for Insights Discovery, Liz has many years of experience in the effective use of this psychometric tool. She enjoys using it as a blended learning component, to inform and illuminate within a range of programmes, particularly where organisations wish to examine and develop leadership, management and team behaviours, and/or implement culture change.
Liz is also an NLP Master Practitioner and draws on this extensively in Personal, Executive and Leadership Coaching as well as within the training room.

Liz is passionate about learning and development and facilitating change in people. She has a very engaging, enthusiastic and facilitative style and always aspires to stretch people’s personal development within a safe learning environment. She enjoys sharing her own learning from a wide range of personal and organisational experiences – from the voluntary, public and private sectors.
On a personal basis, she has a full and varied life – from music to motor biking, horse riding, the outdoors and climbing. What will she learn next?
