About Justine
Justine joined our Keyturn team in 2013. She is a seasoned learning and development professional with a rich background in the arts and corporate training. Her journey began in the world of professional acting, where she worked in theatre, film, and television, and managed a theatre company for ten years.
Since completion of CIPD qualifications in 2011, Justine transferred her skills into the business world has been working as an L&D specialist ever since. She believes that everybody has a story to tell and has a particular passion for helping people express themselves. She particularly loves helping people navigate difficult conversations and situations.
Justine specializes in communication and presentation skills training, personal impact and influencing and behavioural change. Her sessions are known for their engagement, impact and adaptability to diverse client needs. She is comfortable working at all levels within the organisation and has also worked very successfully with senior managers and directors on personal impact, vocal coaching and delivery of keynote speeches.

Outside of work Justine enjoys gardening, travelling, yoga and Park Run. She has a passion for creativity and enjoys theatre, music, and photography. Justine is also an animal lover and spends as much time as possible in the countryside.
