Justine has a large amount of experience working in Learning & Development for a wide range of private and public sector organisations. She regularly works on Management Development and Behavioural Change programmes and has extensive experience delivering Presentation and Communication Skills courses.

Justine’s creative background gives her a unique set of skills, and she specialises in the design and delivery of role play, forum theatre and interactive drama-based training.

Justine can be relied upon to bring professionalism and authenticity to the training room and consistently delivers engaging sessions for a wide variety of clients.

Justine comes from a professional acting background and has spent many years combining her passion for the arts with a passion for learning. She has worked in theatre, film and television and managed a theatre company for ten years.

Leading on from her educational work as a drama practitioner in schools, Justine started to work with adults in learning environments and developed a keen awareness of business culture through extensive work as a corporate role-player. In 2011 she completed CIPD qualifications and has been working as training professional ever since.

In the past Justine has worked as a silver service waitress, a Pontins Bluecoat entertainer and a groom on a busy stable yard. She has a BA (Hons) in Drama Theatre & TV Studies, a Post Graduate Diploma in acting and a CIPD Certificate in L&D Practice.

Justine has worked in several countries internationally and very much enjoys adapting to different clients, cultures and environments. She currently lives in Warwickshire and enjoys travelling, music, theatre, yoga and gardening.
