About Paul
Paul joined our Keyturn team in 1995 to specialise in the areas of sales and negotiation. He has worked with over 100 organisations, establishing an enviable reputation for facilitating successful training.
Paul is involved in learning and development for two reasons. Firstly, from experience, he recalls the value of professional training. Secondly, he loves helping people, describing it as “a privilege to watch people grow in knowledge, skill and stature”. He continues to research self-development and writes on subjects such as Selling Skills, Negotiation, Sales Management, and Persuasion Skills.
Paul has an extremely positive, enthusiastic and energetic style that motivates others to learn and try out for themselves. He leads by example, using his expertise and in-depth sales experience to maximum advantage. His flexible, cheerful approach incorporates humour and many highly pertinent anecdotal stories. He is also realistic, perceptive, and able to discern the atmosphere of the workshop to ‘sort out the wheat from the chaff.’
