Managing Yourself & Time

Programme overview:

This one day programme equips learners with skills and techniques to achieve what their goals and targets (work and personal) within the 86,400 seconds available to us each day. Learners will develop the ability to be highly-focused on being effective in their choice of actions, rather than merely efficient. The content covers vital areas such as using the SMART principle, prioritisation, reducing multi-tasking and delegation. The final section of the programme considers the most common ‘time-wasters’ and how to prevent or minimise the impact of these.
