Advanced Leadership and Management Programmes

All aspects of management can be developed at an advanced level. There is no ‘typical’ length for these programmes, as they are highly tailored to individual client needs. Having had opportunity to discuss client requirements, Keyturn will suggest and/or recommend one or more potential solutions.

In our experience, learning and development at an advanced level, often focuses more on one-to-one coaching, facilitation of group interactions, and consultative ‘working-on-the-job’ activities. All Keyturn learning and development programmes are tailored to suit individual and organisational objectives. Learning content, delivery style, development opportunities and programme length, are all considered in arriving at the optimum recommendation for each client.

Where appropriate, Keyturn will facilitate indoor and outdoor activity challenges, that help participants explore the issues of leadership, management and team building in novel, interesting and memorable ways.  This includes use of a high-ropes course set within the grounds of Dunchurch Park, where we are based.
