The ‘Essential Management Skills’ open programme is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).  If participants choose to take the ILM endorsed option they will receive a year’s student membership with ILM, which includes relevant articles and videos on key management and leadership skills.

Who is it for?

The two day ‘Essential Management Skills’ workshop provides a solid foundation for those in their first management/supervisor/team leader role, or about to move into one.  Others who have little experience in management and/or have had no recent opportunity to review and develop their management skills will also find the workshop of great benefit.

Participants will focus on self-management skills to enable them to become more effective in their own use of time in order to have more time to lead others.
